How to Cancel an Order


All customer orders begin processing immediately after successful completion once placed. If you need to cancel an order before it ships, you have a small window of opportunity to do so. You can sign into your account to cancel the order yourself online if the order hasn't already begun processing. You can also call us at 1-(800) 207-1604 one (1) hour of placing your order so we can try cancelling it for you. We will make every effort to honor your cancellation request! If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately we are unable to grant your cancellation request.

We understand it can be frustrating if you decide to cancel after it has shipped. Don’t worry, though: you can request a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 10 days of the date your order ships and send the item back to the Dealer/Seller that shipped the item. Please also note carefully when placing an order that some items are Clearance and/or Daily Deals items and are non-returnable, non-refundable.

Please note that we do NOT ACCEPT returns on Livestock unless it meets our “ARRIVE ALIVE” or Livestock guarantee policies.

Returning merchandise is a simple process. Once an RMA has processed, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label. You will not have to pay up front – the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You can also send the item back to us using the shipping courier of your choice if you prefer.

IF, you place an order and refuse its delivery, you will be charged via your original method of payment (credit/debit/Paypal, etc.) a 20% restocking fee. If you refuse delivery of an item that was a Clearance or Non-Returnable, Non-Refundable Item, you will NOT receive a refund and will incur an additional 20% restocking fee. This is due because the shipping courier charges us the return shipping costs if you refuse the delivery.
